2012 - 2013 RENTAL RATES (U.S. Dollars)
Summer* - Weekly Only - Saturday 4pm to following Saturday 11am
$750 per week May 4 to May 24
$850 per week May 25 to June 28
$1080 per week June 29 to Sept. 6
$800 per week Sept. 7 to Nov. 2
*Certain HOLIDAY weeks may be extra, please contact us for information.
Fall, Winter & Spring - - - - - - - - - - - - - - November thru April
$650 per week or
$125 per night (minimum 2-3 night requirement)
General Rental Information 2012 - 2013
All Payments Must be Made in U.S. Dollars.
Deposit & Rental Payment: Payment of 50% of the rental fee is required at time of booking to secure your rental period. The balance is due 30 days before arrival.
Security Deposit: A $400 security deposit is required and must be submitted with the rental balance. The security deposit will be returned within 15 days of departure, as appropriate.
Pets: No pets allowed.
Miscellaneous:
-- In consideration of all guests, there is no smoking in the house. We enforce this rule strictly.
-- Guests are responsible to clean the cottage and leave it in the same condition it was upon arrival.
Housekeeping will check the property between guests.
-- To preserve the area's peaceful quality, we have a no party policy.
